Pet Policy

Mosser is Pet Friendly!

Up to Three Allowed – $500 security deposit for up to two, additional $500 for third.

  • $75 / month dog rent
  • $50 / month cat rent
    1. Requirements for Pet Agreement:  vaccination records, breed, name, weight, color and a photo of the animal.

 

Service and comfort animals require a signed letter from a licensed professional. (Note – CA law – we cannot charge pet rent nor a security deposit for service animals.)

Dogs are typically restricted because of a perceived tendency to be aggressive or attack, or sometimes if they’re particularly large or strong.
